Beyond the initial release, everything has to be gotten from the developer's site instead of from Steam. So, aside from having the game in your steam launcher, getting it on Steam doesn't really buy you anything unless you don't care about the updates or DLC (a lot of which is geared towards the 18+ end of things anyway). While getting the game initially via steam is easy enough, because Steam wouldn't let them put the 18+ patch on Steam (and Steam is very inconsistent about what 18+ stuff it does and doesn't allow, making it difficult to predict), the developers put the 18+ stuff on their own site, and in the process ended up putting the updates there too. It's only obvious after studying the all-ages and 18+ pages to try to see the differences. Why they thought that anyone would see "It's a Night Magic" and think that that was the all-ages version, I don't know. The "It's a Night Magic" (or imm in the update files) always indicates that it's for the all-ages version. It also calls the game Custom Order Maid 3D2, whereas the all-ages pages call it Custom Order Maid 3D2 It's a Night Magic. The 18+ stuff usually has r18 in the link and/or says R18 at the top of the page. They're almost the same thing, but the links they provide go to pages for the different versions of the game, and it's unfortunately really easy to confuse stuff between the all-ages and 18+ versions if you're not careful.
If you want to see notices for updates and DLC releases, then pay attention to one of these pages: They didn't update the game via steam, because if they did, it would screw up the install of anyone who bought the 18+ patch.
